Acceptable Use

Unaysah reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Islamic Content Guidelines
Unaysah is built with deep respect for Islamic scholarship and its tradition of verified, sourced knowledge. When engaging with Islamic content:
- AI responses on Islamic topics are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute fatawa (religious rulings) or replace the guidance of qualified scholars.
- Users must not use Unaysah to misrepresent Islamic scholarship, distort religious texts, or spread content that contradicts established scholarly consensus without clearly noting the disagreement.
- Content that demeans, mocks, or disrespects Islam, its scholars, or any other religion is strictly prohibited.
- We source from 40,768+ verified Islamic texts and scholarly works. If you believe a source is misrepresented, please contact us immediately.
Subscription Tiers
Unaysah offers three service tiers:

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. To cancel, visit your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unaysah Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: reliance on AI-generated content, data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
